American Commitment Foundation Files Amicus Brief in Supreme Court Chevron Cases

American Commitment Foundation has partnered with retired state Supreme Court judges on an amicus brief in Relentless v. Department of Commerce, one of the landmark cases before the US Supreme Court on the question of Chevron deference.

The brief argues that any adverse consequences that would allegedly occur if Chevron were overturned are empirically denied by the smooth experiences of states that overturned Chevron-like doctrines.
