American Commitment signs onto coalition of 34 organizations and advocates opposing the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) California Air Resources Board (CARB) rule to regulate diesel locomotives. In a letter to the agency, the signees urged the agency to reject this rule, which would impose crushing emissions standards that would harm American taxpayers and commerce.
