American Commitment today released a new paper from adjunct fellow Ed Puccerella.
The paper, “Cape Wind: An Offshore Solyndra,” exposes the flawed economics behind the proposed project and makes the case that additional subsidized loans and other government supports would waste taxpayer dollars.
